It’s time for the NASCAR Stock Cars and all your favorite drivers to once again invade Indy and all it’s traditions. At the Inaugural Race in 1994 there were many doubters, but the fans love this exciting race and the drivers love the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. What driver wouldn’t love two and one half miles of high speed rolling thunder, sometimes three abreast going into turn one? Don’t miss the show! We will start this action packed tour with our usual welcome orientation meeting where we answer all of your questions. Friday we will begin with a trip to the famous and massive (400+ acres) Indianapolis Motor Speedway. NASCAR practice and qualification runs to earn the first 20 starting positions for the “Brickyard 400”. The next day we return to IMS for final practice and qualifying for the “Brickyard 400”. Next we will have reserved seats for the Kroger 200 NASCAR Busch Grand National Race. This BGN series is in its 23rd season with big purses at over 30 races a year and is drawing new drivers from nearly all forms of motor sports as well as top veterans from the NASCAR Cup series teams. The feature race of this great racing week will be the “Allstate 400” with all the power of NASCAR and the pageantry of INDY and you’ll have reserved seats for all the action. To get us to the Speedway for the “Allstate 400” action we will treat you to some special excitement with a police escort for our charter buses. But nothing can match the excitement and thrill of the NASCAR big iron roaring out of turn four onto the long INDY front straight, heading for that famous “yard of bricks” start-finish line and the green flag for this fabulous “Brickyard 400”. This race has become one of the most difficult “tickets” in all of NASCAR; the Speedway ticket office has sold out in less than a week for all previous races! This is a fast-paced tour and includes quite a bit of walking - so remember to bring comfortable walking shoes.
